High Performance Construction

A unique designer home with hidden doors

Our beautiful clients Daniele and Francesca were looking for a builder to bring their dream home to life. Daniele is an architect and they were searching for months for a builder who could offer them the flexibility and transparency they required for this unique design.

This one–of–a kind home features clerestory windows, a large gable structure for outdoor entertaining, and hidden doors to the master bedroom and laundry. Marco and Daniele worked together to create an energy efficient home with double glazing and ‘ insulation, ensuring the couple‘s forever home is built with sustainability in mind.

Western Suburb Renovation

Our clients Giacomo and Vivian saw great potential in this old house, with limited natural light, and several internal walls separating the kitchen, dining and living areas. Knowing they could make this into their forever home, they searched for a designer and builder who could make their home dreams come true. They waited for months, to be provided with a design and solution that they liked. It was not until they found Marco, that they finally could begin the journey to create their dream home.

Custom build in Witchcliffe Ecovillage

9.2 star energy rated house with raking ceilings

This 80sqm custom-designed home boasts raking ceilings and energy-efficient features. Achieving an impressive 9.2-star energy rating, this house has been constructed for the future, fully compliant with the new NCC standards set to take effect in WA in 2025. We are confident that this prefabricated home will be comfortable for years to come.

Energy efficient home with HRV and raking ceilings

This 140sqm custom-designed home boasts raking ceilings and energy-efficient features, such as Heat Recovery Ventilation, double glazing and insulation. Designed to passive solar principles and sealed with the German designed membranes. We are confident that this prefabricated timber home will be comfortable for years to come.

Building Permit: 4th of October 2023

Department of Community Houses

9.4 Star energy rated social housing homes built to last

We’re in the process of building six homes for the Department of Communities. We also have another 3 designs on the drawing board. These homes features double glazing and insulation. They mark a significant milestone as the first community houses to achieve such high energy efficiency standards.

Large family home with granny flat

9.9 Star energy rated house in Witchcliffe old town

This large family home on a 218sqm footprint, is custom designed with comfort and efficiency in mind. A prefabricated timber structure with insulation, double glazing, and 100mm XPA boards for added insulation and a sleek rendered finish. Additionally, a 68sqm granny flat which mirrors these features, ensuring comfort and sustainability for all occupants.

Building Permit: 1st of February 2024
