The finished home achieved an outstanding 9.4-star energy rating, meeting Alethea and Tim’s strict thermal efficiency goals.
The design incorporated an open-plan living area, large north-facing windows, a solar pergola, and a deck. Each element strategically placed to optimise natural light and thermal performance.
