A unique designer home with hidden doors

Our beautiful clients Daniele and Francesca were looking for a builder to bring their dream home to life. Daniele is an architect and they were searching for months for a builder who could offer them the flexibility and transparency they required for this unique design.

This one–of–a–kind home features clerestory windows, a large gable structure for outdoor entertaining, and hidden doors to the master bedroom and laundry. Marco and Daniele worked together to create an energy efficient home with double glazing and insulation, ensuring the couple‘s forever home is built with sustainability in mind.

 

The Vision

A unique home design, with a complex roof, high ceilings, clerestory windows, hidden doors and energy efficient features. Designed by the owner himself, who is an architect.

The Problem

Finding a builder who has the knowledge and expertise of constructing high performance homes, and that can offer the flexibility and transparency required for this specific build.
